To access documentation and tutorials for each product, roll over Support in the main menu and click on a specific product.
In addition to these resources, WebAssist offers free technical support for current versions (and one version prior) of our products. We also provide support for discontinued products for up to twelve months.
If you cannot find an answer in our documentation, please log in and submit a support ticket. Our technical support team is available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm PST (except major holidays). You will receive a response to your support ticket within 1-2 business days. If you have already submitted a support ticket, you can return to your ticket in your support history.
