We don't delete forum posts, so it will stay up here.
It is true that if you are looking for file upload functionality, the contact form does not include that.
The solution you purchased is a simple contact form. It doesn't include database or file manipulation. We offer tools that will allow you to add that.
The metaphor I would use is that we offered you a "pre-built mobile home" and you purchased it for a vacation getaway, but mostly wanted a place to put a hot-tub to pass those long winter nights. Now we also sell hot-tubs, but they don't come with the standard mobile home purchase, but can buy one for an additional price.
Now we also sell mobile home building robots, and hot tub building robots so that you can get into the business of building homes and hot tubs to sell to others and don't have to build them from scratch yourself, but those also cost more.
We aren't proud of dissatisfied customers, but we don't delete their angry rants and threats of character defamation. That way you or anyone else could read the forums to get a better picture of who is and isn't successful and why.
Regardless of your experience we are a reputable and client-focused company that does their best to satisfy and make our clients successful.
The next version of Universal Email will include file upload, so only one product would be needed to make updates. However purchasing a solution that needs customization will always require either our tools or hand coding to update, and if you use our tools, you would of course have to buy them (or get a library membership).
You purchased one of the least expensive items we sell. We are clear on our site that solutions are for specific functionality and can be customized with our tools or hand coding. Nowhere in the contact form does it mention file upload, so I'm not sure why you expected that specific functionality to be included.
We appreciate the candid feedback and will use it to improve our offerings.
