Need 'recipes' files for book => "Dreamweaver MX 2004 Web Applications Recipes"

Hello,

Does anyone have the source files for the above book. I recently purchased this book due to its having just what I need (as a beginner, I need to crawl before I can walk). However WebAssist no longer supports this book, nor do they provide a link to these older source files for use with the book.

If you have these older source files, could you ZIP them and send to me ?

Thanks

Just like to point out that sometimes learning a new subject is much harder if you are using out-of-date resources. It's hard to tell if your problem is due to lack of knowledge or using techniques that are no longer supported by current tools.

Are there free survey files available?

Since I registered, I have only received emails asking me to buy a surveyor builder for $49 (on sale for $19) that crawls websites and generates an xml site map. I am interested in a ColdFusion survey builder that is part of the Dreamweaver 8 Recipes book that's code is missing from the book. Will you please help me access the CF code I am looking for?

Thanks

Jason,

Thanks for your help. I have had that book for years and now I am finally able to finish it.

I do have a question though. I downloaded two extensions but the extension manager will only allow me to install one because they have the same extension name but the file names are different. One is DW8Recipes210.mxp(446kb) and the other is WebappRecipes110.mxp(1,423kb). What is the difference between the files if any any? Which one should I use?

DW8Recipes210.mxp are the files for the Dreamweaver 8 recipes book.

WebappRecipes110.mxp is the files for the Dreamweaver MX 2004 Recipes book

you should use the one for the book you have.
