Validation code doesn't work

Validation code doesn't work

I have the Digital file pro 2 on Dreamweaver and the validation check mark is green. But when I go to activate it, it seems to give the error -3. Then tells me to visit your site and to submit a technical forum. Which has a invalid link. So I am currently wondering how I can get this to activate. Please let me know what I can do.

Do you have any security, virus scan or firewall software running when you are trying to activate?

Also, could you send me the url to the link you are directed to please?

Were you able to disable any security, antivirus or firewall software and try to activate again?

Have you activated any of our other products before?

validatin not working

Yes I have activated other software of your in the past and it works fine. Can you offer any kind of solution?

Have you tried uninstalling the extension and then reinstalling it and trying to activate?

Validation still does not work

Yes I have done this a number of times.
