Need Help Moving from One server to another

OK I located the licenses for the software used to make the site. I would like to pay someone for some help. I just need to get the checkout process working. Everytime we click on add to cart from the pricing.php page, the next page that opens "cart.php", shows the cart is empty. I don't know what is not happening.

I copied all the files over from old server and got the SQL file working fine. I don't have a clue about using webassit extensions.

Please contact me at davteks@hotmail.com with contact info and hourly rate or If you just what to help a guy out. Thanks.

Joe
