Cannot Activate extensions on OSX 10.6.2...

I bought Super Suite and im trying to activate CSS Menu Writer on OSX 10.6, it gives me the green arrow but then tells me that it could not connect to the server.

I tried eveything, from disabling my antivirus to shutting off little snitch.

still wont connect.
im seriously going insane here, ive wasted a whole day installing reinstalling uninstalling, you name it ive tried it.

what can i do now?

Andre

To andre, let me know if you are still having this problem after deleting the cache file and I can open a ticket for you to get the products activated and working.
