Can't create a new CSS preset

I just upgraded to CSS sculpter 3, have downloaded it twice now following the installation steps and again deleting the windate file first. I still can not create a new preset. The create new window is blank. I had no problems with CSS 2 version 2.0.5

I am using:
Dreamweaver CS4
Vista 64 bit

Any other suggestions?

Have you tried a total computer shutdown, wait 30 seconds, and a restart?

Hopeful, but no it didn't work to shutdown. When I try and close the css sculptor blank window it takes 3 clicks and says CSS Scultpor is not responding. This is frustrating!

Any other suggestions anyone?

When you deleted the win cache file did you do so before installing or after installing? It should be done after you install the new one as the installation process itself can cause problems with the dat file if you had previous versions installed. Please give this a try to delete the cache file now after the fact or if you have already done that please let us know.

I ended up doing a re-install after renaming my config folder to force dreamweaver to recreate the folder. Everything is working perfectly now..............thank you!
