My php homepsge no longer loads

Please review the attached homepage and see if you can spot any issues why it fails to open on my public server or my localhost.

Most likely the paths are wrong. They look to be relative to the wrong root to me... like:
<?php require_once('../../../xampp/htdocs/Leathernecks/Connections/leathernecks.php'); ?>

should probably be:
<?php require_once('Connections/leathernecks.php'); ?>

Also make sure those files are uploaded to the server you are testing on.

Sometimes if you add this to the top it will show the error message instead of a blank page to help you identify the problem:
<?php
ini_set("display_errors",1);
?>
