How to hide URL parameters

I am trying to modify the default pagination on a PHP page from using URL parameters to instead post to the same page and not show URL parameters. The situation is that the URL with parameters is not easily understandable for SEO purposes and the pages are recognized as "duplicate page titles".

Is there a way to easily modify the GET to a POST? My intent is to replace "<a href="<?php echo $Recordset1->getPrevPageLink(); ?>">Previous</a>".

Thank you very much for your help.

URL parameters are actually the better way to go with pagination. If you don't use url parameters:

1) Search engines for sure will think they are duplicates
2) People won't be able to bookmark or share pages past the first page
