Cart disappears after filling in customer address information

Cart disappears after filling in customer address information

I have a thorny problem with the checkout on one of my websites. When a customer checks out at, after they fill in their address, clicking the next button makes the cart disappear. I have spent several fruitless hours trying to fix this on my own, all to no avail. I have several other websites that use the same code and I do not have any problems with. If you can help me fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,
Robert Crespo

They are probably starting at and returning to or vice versa... The two versions of the site would have different carts and therefor would be blank on return. The solution is to force use of one or the other so they stay on the same site and have the same cart. You can usually do this from your hosting control panel, or can do it with an .htaccess file.
