Time Field In Form

I am trying to add a time field to a form. Everything works until I fill out the form. Once I enter a time (10:00 AM), it immediately gives the error "Please Enter A Value" even though I have put a full value in the field. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Ray, Here is the original file that I created with webassist before I began to try to edit it to work in my current site. It may be a better file to try to find the issue since there is less changes to the code. I apologize! I should have sent this file to you first.

I had to update the jquery.h5validate.js file. I've attached the updated version. I've also updated Databridge, so if you reinstall the updated file will be used the next time you create a form.
