All of my account information a purchases are no longer listed in my account. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
I thought I had changed my email sign in to bart@painless.email but the log in field doesn't even recognize that as a valid email address.

Do you have an order id or serial number I can use to find your account? Most likely it is under a different email address.
