Blank pages after uploading Connection info

A blank page usually means an error with errors turned off.

Many thanks for your reply. I had removed the post as I had managed to resolve the problem and also as it was my first time on your forum thought that my explanation may have been a bit vague and did not want to waste anyone's time. My apologies if this was wrong.
I had not noticed that the WebAssist files had not been uploaded to the server. Once this was corrected it worked fine.
I am looking forward to working with your software and developing my new website.
