Adobe Dreamweaver Update

Adobe just installed the latest revision of Dreamweaver 2021 on my machine and of course all of my extensions were wiped out. Now I cannot install eCart even with ZXPinstaller. Any suggestions?

The Project Seven extension manager still seems to work in the latest version:

Ray - it was able to install eCart but it was non functional and gave me an error when I tried to use it. And it would not load the depreciated Server Behaviors Panel extension at all.
