Mark

Pages generated with eCart 6 are not compatible with PHP 7.

I need to update all my cart pages in a site created in 2016 to be compatible with PHP 7. I'm not seeing eCart in the Dreamweaver 2020 menu. Do I need the mySQL extension to fix these files? Also, the e-mail I have on file in this account is old. Current address is mark@macleanwebworks.com.

You probably need DataBridge to update all of your database connections and interactions. If you install eCart, then it should appear in the WebAssist menu and the Server Behaviors. If you don't see it, try reinstalling.

You can log in and update your email address from your My Account page.

Ray, if I give you FTP access to this site, would you be able to just update these files for me?

I couldn't give you a price without knowing how many pages there are and how many customization you have done. If you give me FTP access I can take a look and give you an estimate.

OK Ray. Here is the login info:

I had to update the shopping cart files, all of the files in the /pages/ folder, and the pp_confirm.php pages to get it working properly.

I've done all of that so your site should be good to go.

Thanks!!

I just saw the second part of your message. I had sent you a donation before I saw it, so I will await your invoice and send you the balance.

You can just handle it through a donation... I'll cancel the money request.
