Rename file on upload

Hi.

I got the fileupload to work with databridge and that was a good function. However I need to rename the file to a fieldvalue entered by the user and then .pdf.

I have tried multiple options but has not gotten it to work. Whenever I change anything or test the various settings for file renaming the file does not upload at all.

I hope that someone is able to help.

I think line 8 would be:

'FileName' => "".($_POST["StoreNumber"]) ."",
