where can I find a step by step video for the datassist search wizard please.

Unfortunately I don't have a video like that. The steps you follow depend on what you are building. What field doesn't make sense to you? If you ask specific questions then I can answer them here. Also every question anyone has asked in the past 20 years is on this forum if you search you may be able to find your answer on your own.
