activation fails appear

For MySQLi Server Bahavious with Dreamweaver CS5.5...
have installed the extension via the extensions manager.
upon opening dream and a php file
extension is present but no activation screen appears. Hence have not been able to activate the product.
How do i get the activation screen to appear and hence activate the product?

First you would open any page and that should cause the secondary installer to run. After that runs you need to restart Dreamweaver and then open a a page and access any of the webassist menu items. That should then pop up the serial window. If you have issues, post your phone number in the private area of a response and I'll give you a call tomorrow to do screen sharing and help you get it working.

Found issue with activation but now have a connect issue.
Per suggestion - using the "top" nav bar engaged the activation. Using the sub menus does not.

So i activated, connections established but all attempts to build a recordset with the connection fail.

DisplayTotalRecords fails to complete
