Products not populating cart

I have upgraded the site to mysqli. Created new login and registration pages with the new SA. Made a new cart with ecart6
Now, product pages working well but using the "add to cart" it isn't populating the cart. It just redirects or?? back to the product page.
I have followed Ray's debugging php post but none seem to work. I do get an error page generated on the server that is helpful but die() and enable error doesn't seem to work.

I'm guessing it might be something with my session variables? Used Jasons test and the server variables are good.
What/how should I proceed?

If you give me FTP access and a url where I can see the problem then I can debug it and let you know what is wrong.

Hope the construction dust isn't too much. I have a bit of a mash up right now from the old and the new. If I can just get one product through to the cart I will be happy. Try the plastic pants.

ps I have ajax on most of the cart buttons so that I can pull price based on size and inventory availability.

What url should I be going to with the add to cart button on it that you want me to look at?
