Creating a compund url

Creating a compund url

Trying to create a compound URL that will yield a search result of 2 or more categories.
EG I have the working URL https://www.thestonecenter.com/products_results.php?Category_ID=34&Search=1
But if want to hardcode an URL that shows Category_ID=34 + Category_ID=35, what should that URL look like?
I know I must be missing something simple or basic, but I'm stuck. Would appreciate your help. Thank you

There are a couple of ways this could be done, depending on the filter code on the products_results.php page. Probably something like:
https://www.thestonecenter.com/products_results.php?Category_ID=34,35&Search=1

or:
https://www.thestonecenter.com/products_results.php?Category_ID[]=34&Category_ID[]=35&Search=1

Unfortunately the first URL you suggested https://www.thestonecenter.com/products_results.php?Category_ID=34,35&Search=1 yields only products for Category 34 and doesn't include 35
The 2nd URL yields 'No Results' - any other suggestions?
Thanks again...

Either technique works to pass the parameters either comma separated or as an array, but you would still have to configure the results page to accept and use the parameters. Your results page may be set up to only accept a single parameter. Please attach a copy of the results page and I can tell you what needs to be updated there as well.

On line 24 change: addComparisonFromEdit
to: addComparisonFromList

and then use the second link syntax with the [] brackets.
