Reinstalling the extension should fix the problem.

I'm having the same problem. See the attached screenshot. The MySQLi insert record behavior was added to the page but it doesn't appear in the Server Behaviors window afterward. The extension was deleted and reinstalled but that didn't fix the problem. Is there a cache that needs to be cleared? Thanks for your help! Gary

Sometimes you have to switch pages or even open and close Dreamweaver to make server behaviors show properly. Sometimes it is enough to switch back and forth into design view. If you attached the page then I could make sure that it isn't a problem with the code, but this will happen sometimes with Dreamweaver and simply switching pages or closing and opening Dreamweaver will often fix it.

I've worked on this on and off for weeks, so all of these have been tried more than once: Opening/closing Dreamweaver. Creating new page from scratch. Uninstalling/reinstalling the extension. And multiple websites/domains. If it matters, when installed, the "Restrict Page Access" behavior does appear in the behavior window. But it's not installed on this page to keep it simple. Thanks, Gary

It appears for me. What version of Dreamweaver are you using? If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information then I can do screen sharing with you to debug this issue and try to determine the cause.

Hooray! I was using Dreamweaver CC version 19 something. Updating to version 20 fixed the problem! Thanks for your help.
