Initiation of Data Assist dialog box deletes the first character of every line of code

When I try to do anything that requires a dialog box, it deletes the first character of every line of code. It has only started this behaviour in the last day or so.

I've also noticed dreamweaver is wonky now... you used to be able to select document objects on the properties bar, now it doesn't detect document objects and the objects it does detect, when you click on them, highlights random bits of text on the screen.

Close and open Dreamweaver. Sometimes it gets wonky and just needs a restart. If you still have issues, attach a copy of the page and I'll try to reproduce the problem to debug it.

Nothing fixes it. I uninstalled and reinstalled dreamweaver and the webassist. Both on my work computer and my laptop at home. Same issues.

Doesn't matter which file or which function I choose. If a webassist dialog box opens, it immediately deletes the first character of every line and I can't undo it.

It happens even without applying the command? I'd need to do screen sharing to debug this. Most likely it is a conflict with another extension you have installed or something wrong with your dreamweaver installation.

It happens as soon as the dialog box opens fr some types of dialog boxes... now I see that the native DW dialogs also do the same thing. I have no idea what's going on this just started a few days ago.

I just now uninstalled everything... downloaded fresh copies of Data Bridge and MySQLi behaviours... reinstalled everything and it seems to be fine now.
