Unable to get to my store after activation and register DNS

Just activated, had my domain long time. Then registered and the page show error. I can't even connect using trial link and username. The dns name is lace4all.com. Please help!!!!

Something appears to be wrong with your lace4all.com domain settings at godaddy. I've removed it from your account, so you can reach your cafecommerce account with https://lacetesting2.mycafecommerce.com/

If you want help getting your actual domain working properly you can give me a call using the number at the bottom of the webasisst.com site.

I only added the il address as instructed but left the other stuff as is like cname, txt values etc. I did nit touch those and may have some godaddy values on them. Should they be removed?

I can't even ping the domain name at this point... so I'm not sure exactly what was done wrong. It seems like a domain registration issue of some sort. I can't get any DNS settings from it at all at the moment. The other DNS settings shouldn't need to be changed or removed normally. We may have to contact GoDaddy support to see why we can't ping the domain at all.

if you have some time you can test with lace4all.com and laceforall.com as well. It seems they both redirect to pub site now. Prefer that it works with lace4all.com :)

Please update your dns A record to use the IP address: 74.208.74.7

It looks like we had the wrong IP address listed and you have it updated to our pubsite server instead of cafecommrece.

Making progress

I changed the IP and was able to login with laceforall, though i would prefer it with lace4all.com. im gonna wait a bit and change the domain then proceed with ssl

unable to change laceforall.com to lace4all

lace4all.com dns seems to work as a dns but somehow I am unable to switch. The dns configurations are the same

feel free to test lace4all.com and I would appreciate if you change it for me.Thanks

I was able to get this working for you.

You had your domain set to lacef4all.com, so I reset it to lace4all.com and it appears to open properly now. Sorry for the difficulties. Please let us know if you need any more help with anything.
