SSL cert installation fails

Hello,

RapidSSL requires me to reissue an existing certificate with more modern characteristics. Following the usual process in the CafeCommerce admin interface to generate a CSR etc. worked all the way to the point of entering the server cert and the intermediate cert, but I get an error that says:

Error installing certificate (This feature is not supported for protocol version 1.6.3.0. ): This feature is not supported for protocol version 1.6.3.0.

Could you help?

Many thanks.

CafeCommerce now comes with a free SSL certificate so you don't have to worry about this anymore or purchase certificates in the future. What is your domain? I'll activate your free auto-renewed certificate.

That sounds good. This is for the store at store.growartisan.com

Thanks!

All done. SSL should be updated now and it will automatically renew so you don't have to worry about this anymore.
