input name is reflected by bindings.

3.
input name isn't reflected in form in Column Bindings.

4.
Therefore it's $_post [""].

If there is a countermeasure, please tell me.

What extensions do you have installed? It seems to be working properly for me with the test page you sent. Is that the exact page you had the issue with? It looks different. Does this exact page have the problem when you open it?
