Installing Issue DW CC Extension Manager

Hello,
I just purchased the DataBridge upgrade. When I try to install the extension I get an install error telling I need CS4 or higher.

I did realise I had downloaded the wrong extension so I download the ZXP extension for Dream Weaver CC but I get the error message "Need Dreamweaver 9 or higher" Screenshot attached.

I am running DreamWeaver 2017 through creative cloud. I have tried both extension managers. One has an error and the other won't let me select the MXP file.

Please see the 3 attached files showing the error(s) and the disabled / unavailable file installer.

Adobe dropped support for the extension manager in the most recent versions of CC.

You can either install with the command line: https://helpx.adobe.com/extension-manager/using/command-line.html

or use a free third-party extension manager like this one: http://www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver/

Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll do screen sharing with you to debug.

A few things to make sure of before our debug session:
1) Are you able to create a database connection and successfully test it?
2) Are you able to create a Recordset on the page?

The extension should be popping up with an error message "You must add a recordset to the page before applying Database Search". It shouldn't work on a page without a recordset, so the issue is that the error message isn't displaying.

Please make sure you have a working database connection and recordset on the page and if it still doesn't work post back with your contact information and I'll do screen sharing with you to debug why.

The error message was not showing. Once I created a record set the extension worked thank you.
