Installing Issue DW CC Extension Manager

Hello,
I just purchased the DataBridge upgrade. When I try to install the extension I get an install error telling I need CS4 or higher.

I did realise I had downloaded the wrong extension so I download the ZXP extension for Dream Weaver CC but I get the error message "Need Dreamweaver 9 or higher" Screenshot attached.

I am running DreamWeaver 2017 through creative cloud. I have tried both extension managers. One has an error and the other won't let me select the MXP file.

Please see the 3 attached files showing the error(s) and the disabled / unavailable file installer.
