Not able to get pass step 3 in the PowerCMS Installation Wizard STEP 3 OF 5

I receive a blank screen when inputting Server / Host Name, Database, Username and Password. Computer will not launch the video tutorial for installation that screen is also blank. I've checked and rechecked the server to see if it is working properly. Please help just purchased this Super Suite.

Can you post a url for me to reproduce the problem and provide FTP access? That would allow me to reproduce the problem and I could get back to you with a solution.

I'll need FTP access as well to update the code on the page. Otherwise I'm just looking at a blank page as well. Incidentally that link doesn't work for me either. Is that a publicly view-able URL?
