DataAssist and DigitalFilePro ZXP extensions needed

I purchased these two packages and have used them religiously to find I cant use them on CC15 ? help I would still like to use these extensions as they are paid for already and do not want to purchase new extensions

You would have to upgrade to DataBridge to use this functionality on CC 2015. Adobe made a lot of updates in CC that caused older extensions to stop working.

Download Extension Manager CS6 from http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/em6_download.html and choose Tools > Convert MXP Extension to ZXP.

After that use the DMXZone Extension Manager to install the extension to CC versions of Dreamweaver.

That would allow you to install them, but you will get errors due to the changes adobe made in the product so they still won't work properly.
