transaction failure

Transactions are being failed through PayPal PayFlow Pro. I checked with PayPal and they insist that it must be in my cart. PayPal has no log of the attempted transactions, telling me that nothing is coming from the website set up through eCart6.

UPDATE: This problem only occurs when my item's price has 2 decimals after it that are NOT .25 .50 or .75 It fails for prices like 19.99 or 19.22. Is this some sort of mathematical problem in the cart perhaps or in the PayPal part of things? Thoughts?

It may... if you proved FTP access I can debug it and get it fixed for you.

If you add this to the failure page it would give you the log with information about the exact error:

<?php
@session_start();
var_dump($_SESSION);
?>

My guess it is a math issue of some sort (%tax or something) that causes more than two decimals to be sent to paypal. That can be easily fixed, but I'll need to confirm that is the issue and get access to your files to fix it.

I still need the domain name for ftp and to browse the site.

The floating point database column type can sometimes be converted to an odd number in php. I corrected this issue by adding a number_format() function to ensure the number returned only has two decimals.
