To modify the validation in the Contact Form Solution pack, you would need to own Form Builder. You could then add Alpha numeric validation to the name field and deselect the Allow Numbers option to allow only letters.

On the Contact Form, open the server behaviors panel, then double click on the server validations server behavior.

Select Alpha Numeric validation, then click the lightning bolt next to Server Variable and select the name Form element. When you click the plus button, the Alpha Numerc Validations setting window will appear, uncheck the numbers option.
