Error when trying to use site import

I'm getting an error when I try to use the site import feature of design extender: "Error in serialCheck. ReferenceError:WASI_Carbon is not defined." I'm using DW CS6 and latest version of Design Extender on an iMac. I deleted and re-installed design extender which didn't help. Deleted the cache file per instructions and also made no difference. Need help what to try next.

The code referenced in the error isn't in the latest version... my best guess is that the extension isn't getting installed correctly and that is leftover code from an older version you had installed previously.

If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information I can do screen sharing with you and hunt this down to get it fixed.

I was able to find the cause of this issue and have updated the build. Please reinstall and you shouldn't have problems any more.

Thanks for trying but I'm afraid it's still not working. I removed DE in extension manager, then downloaded ver 1.2.1 and installed it. Re-started DW and still getting an error on the import attempt: "Reference Error: site Domain is not defined."

Ray correct that. I was going to move on and work on some files in DW and suddenly the DE install opened up. After I let that run its course, I re-started DW and the site import DOES seem to be working fine now. Sorry for the initially discouraging news and many thanks for your perseverance with me on solving this. Good job!
