Reinstalled dreamweaver 2014.1 on Win 10 after learning DW 2015 cannot accept extensions. Now I cannot use eCart.

Reinstalled dreamweaver 2014.1 on Win 10 after learning DW 2015 cannot accept extensions. Now I cannot use eCart.

Running Win 10. Had not used eCart on Win 10 until I reinstalled dreamweaver 2014.1 after learning DW 2015 cannot accept extensions. Reinstalled eCart 5 extension tried eCart components on the same site that worked before, get following message now;

While executing timer in WA eCart AddToCart.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

"C:\Users\Ray\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC
2014.1\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\WAeCart
Shared.js":
WAeCart.checkSerial is not a function

It looks like you installed an older version. You need to install the latest version to work with CC 2014.

You can use DW CC 2015. You just need to install a third party extension manager. Many people have reported success with the one from DMXZone: http://www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver/
