Don't display field with no data

Don't display field with no data

If you look at this URL you'll see a field at the bottom that says 'Specification: Click to view.' http://outofchaos.net/gsc/www/products_detail.php?ID=17
This allows user to click to view a PDF. However, if there is no entry in the DB for the Specification('Spec_PDF_Name') line 300 of attached file, I'd like to not have that line appear at all. Is there a piece of code I can add to have the Specification line appear only when that field is filled in the DB? Thank you for your help.

Change line 300 to:

php:
<?php if ($row_WADAproducts['Spec_PDF_Name']) { ?>

<div class="WADADetailsLongDesc">Specification: <a href="images/<?php echo($row_WADAproducts['Spec_PDF_Name']); ?>" title="Spec-PDF" target="new">Click to View</a></div>
<?php ?>
