Fatal error on confirm_cart.php

Fatal error on confirm_cart.php

When completing the Checkout.php, I get the following error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wa_getsavedformvalue() in /home/content/36/12579836/html/confirm_cart.php on line 189.

I uninstalled ecart extension, and reinstalled with the latest version (though I believe I had 6.1.0 previously installed.) Also, I deleted all the checkout wizard files before recreating them.

Not certain if it is effecting this, but I am only using Authorize.net and not paypal.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

A bunch of code that should have been placed on the confirm page is on the checkout page, and I'm not sure where the code that was supposed to be on the checkout page was placed.

Did you get any errors while running the wizard? It definitely had issues creating your pages. Try deleting the pages and running the wizard again. Pay attention for any alerts or errors while running the wizard. If you still have issues, post back with your phone number and I'll set up a screen sharing session to debug this with you. I'm not sure what could have caused it.

Ray, I am still having the same issue. I deleted the pages, both locally and on godaddy. I uninstalled and reinstalled the ecart extension, and confirmed that DW is up to date. Also, I thought it might be due to working remotely on my laptop. Sadly, I have the same error when working on my desktop.

I do not have any errors when running the wizard. It does have a pop up about 1/2 way through running the wizard, stating the confirm_cart.php has changed and asks if I want to save it before putting it to the server. If I click yes, then it stops working because the server is already in use. If I click No, or let it time out, the wizard completes without apparent issue. However, I am continuing to have the same error.

Ray, you can cancel my appointment...I had success. My issue was with a bunch of php I put at the top of my cart.php page (header, login, security assist show regions) to look and work like the other pages of my site. Once I removed the php, I ran the checkout wizard again, and all worked perfectly. I put my php back in after running the wizard and everything still seems fine. Thank you, John
