Can't click the "+" button on databases tab

I have my site, document type, and testing server all set up, but I can't continue because the "+" button is still grayed out.

That is odd. Do you have a .php page open in Dreamweaver? Maybe try just closing and restarting Dreamweaver... potentially the window just didn't refresh properly.

Also make sure you are not in LIVE view mode as I have seen issues with that as well.

Yes, I'm on a php page and I'm not using live view, and I've tried restarting the program and computer, still no dice.

Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll call to look into this with you directly. What version of Dreamweaver are you running?

Thank you for taking your time to help me. I'm running dreamweaver cc 2014. My skype is in private message. Please send me a skype message and we can figure out a good time to skype call. Thank you again!

The deprecated server behaviors extension wasn't installed. Installing it through the extension manager resolved this issue.
