What do you click for instance? What is the version of Dreamweaver you are using? What is the build number?

I would click lets say Site Assist, and as it trys to load dreamweaver immediately crashes - i have tried it with dreamweaver cs5, cs6, and CC. The build number on dreamweaver is what you are asking?
