Dreamweaver 2015

I just download the Dreamweaver 2015 update. All my extensions has gone. Even the server behaviors depreciated functions. How can I reactivate them??

Install the deprecated server behaviors and re-install the webassist extensions and I think that should solve your problems.

It looks like Adobe hasn't updated the Extension Manager to work with CC 2015. They are aware of the issue and say they are working on it.

Currently installing CC 2015 will break the Extension Manager and won't allow you to install any extensions in previous versions as well. I found several articles on the web confirming this and that Adobe is aware of it.

Here is an adobe forum thread on it: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7646202#7646202 (the second to last post by Monika at Adobe claims to have steps to resolve this issue, but they didn't work for me)

Here is the Extension manager update information (notice the red warning on the top of the page they added today) : https://www.adobeexchange.com/resources/27

My guess is that there will be an update to the Extension Manager over the next couple of days or a dot release of Dreamweaver CC 2015, but until then you won't be able to install extensions if you download the CC 2015 update.

NO MORE Extension Manager 2015

I call Adobe directly by phone asking about this problem. They told me that no more extension Manager will be available. You have two options.

1.- Upload your extension to their market place and sell troght them.

2.- Create your own setup file without using extension manager.

I have more extensions with other developers and have the same problem, all tell me the same:

We are aware of this issue and we're working hard to fix it. Unfortunately the new version of Adobe Dreamweaver CC2015 doesn't include Extension Manager anymore. We are in the final stages of creating an "Installer" app ourselves and it should be ready in just a few days (we will shoot out a newsletter when it's done).

Thank you for your patience

I am in the middle of a project and need this working as soon as possible. Please let me know what will happen with your extensions??

Regards

It is a subscription model. No more full ownership with Adobe products.
