Requesting Change of password for cafecommerce

I forgot my password and tried to change it and while it says it sends me an email the email never arrives thus i cannot log on to work on my website. Please advise on what I can do to fix this or reset my password.

If you post your site name and email address to the private area in a reply to this thread I can set a temporary password for you.

I updated it.

You should reset it once you log in to something more secure you can remember.
