Support

I noticed that MySQLi SB is not listed in the category section of the Tech questions. Is support being dropped for this product that I just bought? I am not impressed with the documentation so if there is no support should I be asking for my money back?

MySQLi SB is actually one if the most recent (if not the most recent) addition to the WA stable and I have to say one of my favourites!

I think you'll find that most people with queries about it just add to either this category (as you have done) or to the mire general one DataAssist (found in the Databridge section).

Re the support, the help in the forum us second to none and usually amazingly quick turnaround within US hours.

The tutorial library is extensive, granted its not complete, and is populated by both WA and actual users.

I understand how you feel as it must be daunting 'where to start' but if you have a specific issue or question, post away and someone will be around the corner happy to help!

What tech area is missing MySQLi Server behaviors? I think we should have it listed everywhere even though it is new. Let me know where it is missing (link?) and I'll look into getting it added properly.
