Issue installing using GoDaddy hosting Power Store 4

I am able to advance because of your fix, but I still do not continue the Install procedure as outlined in the video.
I uploaded the banner in my index.php but I don't see any result, just an empty screen http://sitetoremember.com/petroufoods.com/store/
or http://sitetoremember.com/petroufoods.com/store/index.php or http://sitetoremember.com/petroufoods.com/store/admin/admin_settings.php

both of those files have become corrupted.

the paths to include files have been changed.

for example, in the index.php file, the path:
require_once('../PowerStore/PowerStore Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php');

should be:
require_once('webassist/themes/theme_open.php');

this corruption may have happened in other files also.

I would recommend downloading a fresh copy of the power store files and re uploading them.

Webstore setup

Making progress, uploaded all the new downloaded files, went through the strore admin set up
Still confused with the special files for GoDaddy,
After http://sitetoremember.com/petroufoods.com/store/admin/admin_settings.php, it says competed but nothing happens.
I modified the index.php to include a banner for my store, but I don't see it

there are still corrupted files on the server with altered include file paths.

this time it is in the webassist/themes/theme_open.php file.

it seams like you m,ay be opening the files or moving them around with in DW, which is prompting DW to change the paths.

I would suggest downloading a fresh copy of the Power Store zip file, and use a 3rd party ftp program like File Zilla to upload the files to the server to prevent them becoming corrupted by DW.
