Data Bridge: help with premium membership side of website?

Hello - I'm in the process of building a dynamic website that will incorporate a premium membership side, wherein members sign up/login and are required to pay a subscription in order to gain access to the database (premium). So basically, will data bridge help me collect membership info (name, email etc.), include direct links for billing (e.g., paypal), and then the membership database would then capture whether or not the member's subscription is paid/up to date. If it's paid, then that member would have access to the premium side of the site, when they go to log in. Can this all be done using data bridge and dreamweaver?

Thanks for any help!

to handle the billing you will also need eCart.

we recently did a webinar for securing payments in eCart that covers pretty much your exact scenario:
