Content Not Being Added to CMS

I am having an issue adding content to a CMS. I will add a section to the CMS but it will not appear on the CMS portal and my page shows content not found. I placed a CMS on a different site last week and it worked fine. Same host but different MySql database.

I will go to Webassist < CMS < Add Content to Power CMS fill out the field and click finish. It doesn't give me an error but doesn't seem to work.

probably an issue with the site definition settings.

Please provide a Skype username or a US phone number and a good time to contact you when you will be in front of your computer and we will have an engineer contact you to resolve this issue over the phone.

We are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm EST (except major U.S. holidays).

my calendar has today as January 19 and it is already after 11am. I can call tomorrow (the 20th) if that is what you meant.

I'm having another issue. The live edit button is not working correctly. It just shows up as text and it won't let me actually make the live edits.

See my attached photo.
