Terry

I am trying to use data bridge to build the "double opt in" system.

I am trying to use data bridge to build the "double opt in" system. I made a mistake and had to start over, so I deleted all of the php files that security assist created. However, then I start over and get to the point that I need to create the bindings, the program tells me the binding has already been created. Question: What else do I need to delete so I a starting over on a fresh state?

Delete the bindings from the biddings panel, then you will be able to recreate them.

I am using data bridge to build the "double opt in" system.

Jason,

Thank you for your idea to delete the bindings that fixed , that problem.

Now, I have a problem after I fill out the "registration form" and submit it. I am getting the following message,"The connection was reset", I am getting that message from both browsers (firefox and explorer).

In your site definition, there is a setting for:
Crate Links relative to

if you select to use Site, dreamweaver will use the virtual function for include files, you should select to use Document do that Dreamweaver will use require_once.

on the registration page, I edited the code to replace virtual with require_once, now it is giving this error:

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/79/8602579/html/freekarateolathe.com/Connections/free.php on line 9

Fatal error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/79/8602579/html/freekarateolathe.com/Connections/free.php on line 9

this means the host name used in the connection file is not correct. you will need to contact the hot for the correct host name to use in the database connection.

change this setting in your site definition, then recreate the security assist files.

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
