https://www.ribbonbylulu.co.uk/ is down again. thinking of leaving

How can you sell us a solution for selling hosted online shops, where we out site keeps going offline?

Going to look for other providers, hopefully ones with butter up time than you guys. We might be leaving you and asking for a refund very soon if its not back up.

its been up and down all day so my monitoring system says. the https side had been down for most of the time, so noone can go to complete the checkout. 26% uptime for HTTP and only 12% for HTTPS.

This appears to have been an issue with the DNS settings... I could always get to the site at http://ribbonbylulu.mycafecommerce.com, which can tell you if it is a problem with the code on the site or with the DNS... I reported it to Dreamhost and they seem to have resolved the DNS issue immediately, as I can visit the site now.

I'm asking them what caused the problem in the first place and will report back to you when I get word on what is causing this issue.

all our other sites at dream host stayed up. only the one with CafeCommerce was down.
we will be closing our account.

Dreamhost got back to use earlier, there where multiple DNS records on their end for your address using different IP Addresses, They have deleted the duplicate DNS Records, this problem should not occur again.
