SSL and domain name setup but can't access site using them

domain name ribbonbylulu.co.uk and SSL certificate purchased through your site.
No email about SSL keys. Please send again.
Website will not load through web address.
Dreamhost panel says its managed through your system.
Its registered externally, but that should not be an issue, it was in my dream host pannel as a domain and working till i moved it to you.
Please fix ASAP

We resent the SSL Invite yesterday. I Just checked your address using the HTTPS address and it seams to be working now, perhaps it needed an extra day to propagate.

https://www.ribbonbylulu.co.uk/ and http://www.ribbonbylulu.co.uk/ site down

Sorted out the SSL from the resent email, and we thought the site would be good then.

The site is down again and not for the first time. every time my partner or I do work on the site it keeps going down.
the.

This is not acceptable. How can you sell a solution that does not work. Please sort the issue out, or will be looking for another provider.
