None of my Files is working under Dreamweaver and in Webassists site I am no longer recognized as having ordered anything, ouch

I have written Jason months ago, because of a move to California, haven't gotten connected to resolve this, please assist, I wish to keep using the files I have purchased for my dreamweaver development.

Can you provide some additional details. I don't recall your initial message from months ago.

Hello Jason, obviously something got lost on your end of the equation, and I will attempt to assist you restoring a good working relationship etc.

The extensions are not working in Dreamweaver I have had several migrations to new computers since we spoke last yet still no action

Please provide more details on the problem

in what way are they not working?

Are you getting error messages?

What extensions are installed including the version numbers?

What version of DW?

What is your OS?

None of my webassist extensions is showing up and or functioning when clicked from the top drop down
error message -under insert in the dreamweaver drop down, I get the message control click to customize your favorite objects.
Dreamweaver Version CC, OS Maverick, I installed Ecart, Databridge, design extender and free tools all with my last serial numbers
