Applying page access security via security assist is generating an error

Security Assist / Manage Site Access / Access Pages Manager ...
generating an error when attempting to process through the pages with the applied security levels. See attached image. When this happens, I am left not knowing whether any code, or some code has been applied and unsure of what page(s) might have received partial code? Thanks!

What is your OS?

What version of DW are you using?

What Extensions, including the version numbers are installed?

Apple OSX 10.9.2
Dreamweaver CS5.5 Version11.5 Build 5366

I would try uninstalling Data Bridge from the extension manager, then reinstall it.

also, Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
