Unexpected error: -2 Activation cannot be completed.

I am attempting to activate site sculptor on a recent re-installation of Dreamweaver 5.5 and it is giving me an Unexpected error: -2 Activation cannot be completed.

That error usually indicates an serial number that has been deactivated, an order that was refunded, or perhaps it is a serial number form the old Extension Library Membership program that was discontinued?

in a private message, please send the serial number you are using so i can look it up in our system.

Yes, that serial number is from the extension library membership and was disabled about 2 1/2 years ago.

in your order history, I see that you have purchased Design Extender which includes the functionality of Site Sculptor. you should be using Design Extender instead of the stand alone version of Site Sculptor.
