SSL Certificate- https "green lock" not showing up

I purchased and installed the certificates for my website. However, the https "green lock" icon still does not show up when I go to my website. It does show up if I click "sign in" in the top right corner, and then navigate to my site from there. I contacted Geotrust and was told that this was a problem that needed to be changed "on the sites server" i.e. with you. Can you do this so that my site will always have the "green lock?"

The Green Lock will appear when pages are being served using the https address.

Cafe Commerce will not force all pages to load through SSL.

It will only force https to be used when needed, SSL is not needed when browsing the catalog for example, but is needed when logging in and checking out.

There is not a way to force SSL on Cafe Commerce at all times.
